Caitlynn Castil

Caitlynn Castil has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles. Caitlynn started their career at Sheridan Road Financial in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and then moved on to become an Accounts Receivable Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for managing human resource plans and procedures. In 2018, they joined Forum Health LLC as a Human Resources Generalist. Caitlynn quickly advanced to the role of Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw day-to-day office operations and provided support to employees and managers. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources at Forum Health LLC.

Caitlynn Castil attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2011 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management. In February 2018, they received the SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM Certification institution.
