Mike Wenner, CPA, MBA

Mike Wenner, CPA, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Forum Health LLC since September 2022. Prior to this, Mike worked at Alidade Capital, LLC as the Vice President and Controller from February 2020 to September 2022.

From 2015 to 2020, Mike held the role of Director of Accounting and Internal Controls at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, where they had responsibility for the general ledger of the parent company and the consolidation of several subsidiaries for a consolidated company worth over $4 billion. Mike was also involved in providing information for SEC filings.

Before that, Mike served as the Assistant Controller at Diplomat Rx for a brief period in 2014. Mike was responsible for assisting with financial activities and accounting research.

In 2013, Mike worked at Takata as the Director of Internal Audit for North and South America. Mike managed the department's transition from North Carolina to Michigan and reported to the Global VP of Internal Audit in Japan.

From 2007 to 2013, Mike was the Global Director of Internal Audit and Technical Accounting at Rofin-Sinar Technologies. Mike reported directly to the Audit Committee Chairman and was responsible for all aspects of the global internal audit department, including risk assessment.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Delphi Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Mike assisted project managers with business plans, conducted financial activities, and initiated meetings to improve collections. Mike also held the role of Sarbanes Oxley Leader, where they assisted in the development and testing programs for a global Sarbanes-Oxley project.

Prior to that, Mike worked at Grant Thornton as an Assurance/Audit Senior from 2003 to 2005, and at Zwick & Steinberger PLLC as an Accountant from 2000 to 2003. During their time at Zwick & Steinberger PLLC, they served as a lead auditor for various companies and was involved in business plan development and tax return completion.

Mike began their career at Helmholdt + Company LLP as a Senior Accountant from 1998 to 2000.
