Luke Davis

Luke Davis is an accomplished professional in asset and portfolio management with extensive experience in the real estate investment industry. At Forum Investment Group since April 2014, Luke has held several senior positions, including Senior Managing Director of Asset Management and Managing Director of Portfolio Management. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Real Estate at Triton Investment Company, Principal/Sr. Regional Manager at Western Capital Partners, LLC, and Sr. Housing Development Officer at Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. Luke began a career in real estate as a Project Manager at Greystar and has held earlier positions such as Development Associate at Equity Residential and Registered Representative at Charles Schwab. Luke holds an MBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a BGS in Psychology and Communication Studies from The University of Kansas.
