Akhil Rai

Akhil Rai has extensive experience in customer interaction and support, currently serving as a Telephone Interviewer at Forum Research since July 2018, where responsibilities include conducting diverse surveys and interviews for various clients. Prior to this, Akhil worked as a Math Tutor at Humber College, assisting students with Mathematics and Statistics, and as a Peer Tutor for multiple management-related courses. Customer service experience was gained at Convergys, addressing billing issues and technical support.
