Javier Perez de Leza Eguiguren is the Founder and CEO of Future Retail S.L., serving as an independent advisor, board member, and operating partner since November 2012, focusing on assisting CEOs and board members in complex situations. In addition to this primary role, Javier holds independent advisor and board member positions across several notable companies including Grupo Armas Trasmediterránea, Abai, Forus, Catral Garden & Home, DILLEPASA SL, and VIANDAS. Previous experiences include significant advisory roles with Renaissance Executive Forums, Third Bridge Group Limited, and GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group). Javier's education includes degrees in Economics and Business Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, a Master's in International Retail from INSEAD, and an MBA, among others.
