Cathia Castaings

Cathia Castaings serves as the Group Talent and Organisation Development Vice President at Forvia since December 2023, focusing on attracting and developing top talent and preparing future leaders. Castaings previously held multiple roles within Faurecia, including Top Executive Development VP and HR Director for Emerging Markets Division, and was instrumental in talent development initiatives. Castaings' experience also includes significant positions at Nexans, where responsibilities entailed managing HR across multiple European sites, leading transformation programs, and overseeing workforce strategies.
