With a background in communication and international relations, Cosimo has held various talent acquisition and recruitment management positions at companies such as Iveco Group, Danfoss, and Bombardier Transportation. Prior to their professional career, Cosimo obtained a Master's degree in Communication for International Relations from IULM University.
