Grégoire Lecoquierre

Grégoire Lecoquierre currently serves as M&A Legal Counsel at FORVIA since January 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Private Equity and M&A at White & Case LLP from January 2022 to August 2023, and as an Associate focused on Corporate and M&A at Clifford Chance from January 2019 to January 2022, with earlier roles as a Legal Intern at the same firm. Grégoire's legal internship experience extends to Linklaters and Sanofi, specializing in Corporate/M&A and Securities law. Grégoire holds a Master of Laws in International Financial Law from King's College London and a Master's degree in Business Law from Université Paris Cité, alongside studies at the Institut catholique de Paris in Law and Political Sciences.
