Jill Jasmin Olma

Jill Jasmin Olma currently serves as the Head of Work Innovation at HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH and holds the position of Chief Digital Officer for New Work Methods at FORVIA since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Jill worked at HELLA from May 2015 to September 2022, advancing through positions such as Head of Engineering Excellence Consulting and Project Manager in Application Lifecycle Management. Jill's early career includes experience as a master's student and intern at various companies, including Wincor Nixdorf and Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. Jill obtained a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Paderborn University, completing the master's degree in 2015 and the bachelor's degree in 2012.
