Suzanne Buijteweg

Suzanne Buijteweg is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the SF Talent Modules and Talent & Organization Development Processes Director at FORVIA since January 2020, Suzanne leads the functional design of all Talent Processes using SuccessFactors (SAP) and manages project initiatives for Talent Modules and Beqom's bonus system. Prior to this, at Faurecia from March 2016 to September 2022, Suzanne managed the HR Digital Transformation Project focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, overseeing the design of Employee Central and various talent modules, as well as handling project organization and change management. Suzanne's career began in HR roles at Faurecia and Valeo, where significant experience was gained in HRIS and recruitment. Suzanne holds a degree in Human Resources Management from IGS and has additional educational credentials from Université Paris Nanterre and Lycée internationale.
