Karl Khambatta

Karl Khambatta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transformation, strategy, and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Forward Air Corporation since February 2025, Karl previously held the position of Vice President of Transformation and Strategy at CEVA Logistics, where responsibilities included coordinating strategic initiatives and facilitating M&A integration. Prior to these roles, Karl was Vice President PMO at REEF, focusing on operationalizing PMO functions for growth in the ghost kitchen sector, and held multiple leadership positions at Agility, driving organizational capability and strategy development. Karl's early career includes roles at The Home Depot, Mirant, Cap Gemini, and Wipro GE Medical Systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
