Melissa P. has a diverse and extensive background in human resources management. Melissa is currently the Director of Human Resources at Forward Edge AI, where they plan, leads, and coordinates the HR department's activities to support the organization's mission and talent strategy. In their previous role as a MAJ - Senior HR Manager at U.S. ARMY Human Resource Command: USAPDA, Melissa collaborated with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies across the organization. Melissa also managed civilian personnel and implemented policies and programs. Prior to that, Melissa served as a Senior Human Resources Manager/CHRO at U.S. Army North (5th Army), where they provided strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and managed all aspects of organizational readiness. Melissa also worked with NATO as a Senior Human Resources Manager/CHRO, advising executive leadership on manpower/personnel programs. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Melissa P. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Stevenson University, from the year 2007 to 2011. Melissa pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Community Base Education and Leadership from the same university starting in 2021, with no specified end year. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained several additional certifications.
