Enrique Domenech is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in UX/UI design and creative direction across various industries. As the Co-Founder and Head of Design at Forward Share Ventures since February 2025, Enrique previously held the role of Sr. Director of UX/UI Design at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for three years, focusing on Heinemann's Flight Platform and Do The Math®. Enrique contributed significantly to projects at the National Institutes of Health as Creative Director for the AllofUS Platform and Vibrent Health from 2015 to 2021. Prior roles include Design Director at MakeMe, Executive Creative Director at Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Strategic Usability Consultant at HBO. Enrique’s career began at AOL, progressing through numerous design leadership positions at Yahoo and other companies. Enrique holds a BFA in Graphic and Interactive Design from Ringling College of Art and Design and additional education from Cranbrook Academy of Art.
