Nienke Schokking-Scheltema de Heere is an experienced HR executive with a diverse background in talent management, leadership development, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as an HR Executive at Simac Results since August 2023, Nienke also holds the position of Interim HR Executive at FORWARD.one, providing HR strategy and execution for high-tech companies. Significant past roles include member of the global Talent Management Centre of Excellence at Avanade, People Manager for Altius Data Solutions Europe, and talent acquisition and HR management roles at Roland Berger and Heidrick & Struggles.
