Kaly Suarez

Kaly Suarez has over two years of professional work experience in the recruitment and operations fields. In 2019, they were the Recruiting Manager for Forward, where they created internal standards documentation adopted firmwide in corporate onboarding processes. Kaly was also an Operations Specialist (Clinical & Ops Recruiter) with a focus on hiring internal Physicians, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants and Membership Sales Advisors.

Prior to that, they were a Senior Recruiter for Maxim Healthcare Services from 2018-2019. In this role, they worked with Business Development and Leadership stakeholders to design and execute recruitment strategies, increase client partnerships and revenue from school districts in the Bay area. Kaly also led utilizing teaching, coaching and directing internal recruitment team members.

Before that, they were a Recruiter for Maxim Healthcare Services from 2018-2019. In this role, they built a network of qualified candidates, evaluated skills needed for positions, negotiated compensation, oversaw completion of onboarding requirements, and managed candidates through the entire lifecycle from hiring to final placement. Kaly also qualified and screened candidates for skills and experience, conducted pre-screen assessments, in-person interviews, tracked credentials and finalized placements.

Kaly Suarez attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health.
