Matt Warden

Matt Warden has three years of professional work experience. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Analyst at Forward. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Worldgate, llc as a Technical Business Analyst. In this role, they coordinated and revised the School Selection process for the School District of Philadelphia (SDP), placing 10,000+ students into new schools based on GIS data and client input. Matt also designed and project-managed the implementation of a Serious Incidents tracking module to classify dangerous events, providing necessary information to authorities, with witness statements for liability control. Additionally, they ran the SDP's Enrollment Projections process, using census-tract live births, cohort survival predictions, and existing student data to forecast enrollments of 200,000+ students for preliminary budgets in SY 2020-21. In 2018, they also worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the village of Palauli. In this role, they taught English Literacy to 55 students ages 7-13 in a bilingual classroom, enhanced their education through self-created resources and teaching materials, managed the build-out of a computer lab for school, and mentored students in after-school technology club in computers and English Literacy with software and e-books.

Matt Warden attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics.
