Marjo Kortekaas

Marjo Kortekaas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, sales, and tourism. Currently serving as a Service Desk Employee and Online Marketplace Specialist at Forza Refurbished since October 2021, Marjo engages with international clients and implements strategic pricing rules to enhance platform strategies. Previous roles include Sales Advisor at HAVEP Workwear/Protective Wear, where Marjo managed financial administration and sales processes, and Owner of a children's clothing store, Villa Happy, responsible for collection assembly and customer service. Marjo also has considerable experience in the tourism industry, having worked as a Tour Operator, Chief Hostess, and Stewardess with various international travel companies, providing leadership and ensuring quality service on numerous occasions.
