Lalith Kumar kothandan

Lalith Kumar Kothandan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lalith Kumar started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Supervisor at Solkar Solar Industry Limited, where they were responsible for the lamination and testing of SPV modules. In 1999, Lalith joined Saint-Gobain India Private Limited - Glass Business, where they actively participated in production improvement, projects, and repair work related to the glass melting furnace and tin bath.

In 2006, Lalith moved to Micron Technology as a Technical Specialist, contributing their expertise in a technical role until 2010. Lalith Kumar then joined Guardian Industries, taking on the role of Project and Technical Expert for Glass melting furnace. In this position, they had comprehensive responsibilities, including managing hot end production, furnace maintenance activities, and repair projects globally.

After seven successful years with Guardian Industries, Lalith joined NoscoAsia in 2017, specializing in Glass Furnace Ceramic welding. Their role focused on this niche skill until December 2020. Following this, Lalith worked as an EXOTHERMIC - GLASS FURNACE CONSULTANT at CHENNAI from 2021 to 2023.

Currently, Lalith is employed at Fosbel Inc., assuming the position of Technical Sales and Operations.

Lalith Kumar Kothandan pursued their Diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from the P.T. Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker College of Engineering and Technology between 1992 and 1995.
