Teruo Ishii

Teruo (Francis) Ishii currently serves as the North Asia Finance Director at Foseco since May 2020. Previously, Ishii held significant roles at Nippon Steel Corporation, including Chief Financial Officer at Southern Tube LLC, where a successful sale of the company was executed, and Vice President & Treasurer at Western Tube & Conduit Co., where financial strategies for expansion and cash flow optimization were implemented. Prior experience includes serving as Business Controller at Continental, managing budgets and consolidating SAP operations, and various positions at Tokyo Electron, including Assistant Manager in Human Resources and Project Manager in Shanghai, where a new company was established. Teruo (Francis) Ishii earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Meiji University and studied at Colegio Internacional de Caracas.
