Aidan Gadd has been working in the customer service industry since 2020. In 2020, they began working at Winserve Care Services Ltd as a Business Analyst. In 2021, they joined Fospha Marketing as a Customer Success Executive and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Executive.
Aidan Gadd obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics from The University of Sheffield in 2020. Aidan had started their studies there in 2017. In July 2021, they also obtained a certification in Excel Essentials for Data Analytics from IBM.
