Lee Arthur has had a varied career, beginning in 2013 as Corporate and Business Development for the Financial Times. In 2014, they were appointed CEO of the New York Institute of Finance, where they completed a turnaround and led the sale of the business to Private Equity in 2017. Lee then served as a Project Management Consultant for Investopedia in 2017. In 2018, they began roles as General Manager at Blenheim Chalcot, Board Member at RESEARCHER™ and Contentive, and Country Head at Fospha Marketing. In 2019, Lee Arthur was appointed Board Member at Hive Learning and US General Manager (Interim) at Liberis in 2020. In 2022, they took on the role of Interim CEO at Avado.

Lee Arthur began their educational journey in 2003 when they earned an MBA from the University of Warwick in the field of Business. In 2009, they completed a Professional Certificate _MasterClass from the London Business School in Private Equity. Lee also attended Coventry University for Computer Science, though they did not obtain a degree. In 2015, they obtained a edX MITx Verified Certificate for Innovation and Commercialization from edX.
