Honor Lewis

Honor Lewis (Chartered MCIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Honor is currently working at Fosroc as the Head of Talent Development since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Fosroc as the Regional HR Manager for Europe from 2015 to 2020.

Before their time at Fosroc, Honor worked at IDEX Corporation as the UK HR Business Partner from 2008 to 2015. Honor'srole involved providing generalist HR support across the Midlands based facilities and overseeing learning and development across 11 UK sites. Honor also worked within an international matrix-management structure.

Honor also has experience as an HR Business Partner at iForce from 2006 to 2008, and as a People Manager/Department Manager at Asda Stores Ltd from 1996 to 2006.

Honor Lewis (Chartered MCIPD) has a diverse educational background. Honor completed the Imperial Sustainability Leadership program at Imperial College Business School in 2023. Honor also pursued various courses in psychometrics, including training from The Myers Briggs Company, SHL, OPP MBTI Training, OPP 16PF Practitioner Training, and Korn Ferry, between 2012 and 2019. In 2008, they obtained a degree in Occupational Testing from SHL. Honor holds a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Development from Solihull College (2003-2005) and a BTEC Professional Development Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Manchester Open Learning (2001-2002). Honor earned a BA (Hons) 2:1 degree in American Studies from the University of Winchester (1992-1995).
