Bonnie McDonald

Bonnie McDonald is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in tugboat operations and marine navigation. Since August 2019, Bonnie has worked as a Tugboat Captain at Foss Maritime Company, having previously held positions as a captain trainee and deckhand. Prior to this, Bonnie served as a deckhand at Westar Marine Services and worked as a Third Mate aboard Crowley ATB Legacy from June 2017 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as a First Officer at Hornblower and as a Cadet at Crowley Maritime, where Bonnie gained significant hands-on experience aboard the tanker Florida. Bonnie's early career also includes an internship as a welder at Bay Ship & Yacht Co. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation from California State University Maritime Academy, earned in 2017.
