Karen Mascavage

Karen Mascavage is the current VP of People at FOSSA. Prior to their current position, they served as the Head of People at Mulberry from April 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Sr. Global Manager, HR Business Partner at Stack Overflow from October 2019 to April 2021.

Karen has extensive experience in the Human Resources field and has been instrumental in helping companies build strong businesses by hiring and engaging smart people. Karen is passionate about their work and is committed to helping others reach their full potential.

Karen Mascavage has a BA in Art Therapy from Emmanuel College in Boston, and they are certified as a hypnotist from the National Guild of Hypnotists and as a SHRM-CP from SHRM. Karen is also certified in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
