Chayse Joubert

Chayse Joubert has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2023, they became the SR Director of Digital Transformation & Strategy- Global at Fossil Group, Inc. Chayse also served as an Advisory Board Member at Adeptmind in the same year. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Digital Commerce- North America at McCormick & Company from 2021 to 2023. In 2020, they were the Director of Digital Marketing at Republic National Distributing Company. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Team Lead for eCommerce at Whole Foods Market. Their roles at HEB included being an eCommerce Merchandising Manager from 2017 to 2019 and a Supply Chain Leader in Warehousing & Transportation from 2015 to 2017. Chayse started their career at AT&T, where they worked as an Account Manager and later as an Account Executive. Chayse also had internships at the Mark Cuban Center in 2013 and AllPlayers.com, Inc. in 2012.

Chayse Joubert has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physiology & Sports Management from Southern Methodist University. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Texas at San Antonio, with an expected completion date in 2025.
