Michelle Cavanaugh

Michelle Cavanaugh is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in management and operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Stores for North America at Fossil Group, Inc. since April 2016, Cavanaugh has held various positions including Senior District Manager and District Manager. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Crumbs Bake Shop and District Manager positions at ANN INC., Pacific Sunwear, and Abercrombie & Fitch, where Cavanaugh progressed from Store Manager to Senior District Manager. Cavanaugh holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
