Eric Charles-Gallo possesses extensive experience in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Training Director at Midwest Foster Care and Adoption Association since January 2013, Eric focuses on supporting and advocating for abused and neglected children and their families within the child welfare system. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Hallmark Cards from January 2006 to December 2012, initially as a Visual Merchandising Associate and later as a Gold Crown Territory Representative, where responsibilities included sales management, program implementation, and market analysis. Eric's career began at Imagery Inc. from September 2003 to January 2006, serving as an Assistant Buyer/Manager and overseeing store operations, employee training, and product ordering. Education was completed at Pittsburg State University from 1994 to 1997.
