Dhara Thakar Meghani

Dhara Thakar Meghani, PhD, currently serves as an Associate Professor and Program Director at the University of San Francisco, where significant accomplishments include leading the PsyD program to achieve full accreditation by the American Psychological Association. Dr. Meghani has extensive experience in academia and clinical settings, having previously held positions at the Erikson Institute as an Assistant Professor, Staff Clinician, and Director of the Fussy Baby Network, in addition to roles at UCSF as a Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow and Predoctoral Fellow. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Meghani's work focuses on child development, family dynamics, and mental health support for diverse populations, particularly in early childhood settings.
