Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources for the Pacific Northwest and Colorado regions, Frank oversees two manufacturing facilities that produce 40 million broilers annually. Previously, Frank held the position of Operations Manager, as well as Plant Manager, where responsibilities included managing a manufacturing plant that processed 15 million broilers annually. Frank's diverse roles within the company highlight a strong background in both human resources and operations management.

In 1939, Max and Verda Foster founded Foster Farms, now the largest poultry processor in California. Foster Farms runs hatcheries, ranches, feed mills, processing plants and refrigerated delivery trucks. It also operates Foster Farms Dairy, which processes and distributes milk via eight facilities located throughout California.
