Julie Fershtman

Julie Fershtman is the VP Southfield at Foster Swift Collins & Smith. Julie has over 19 years of experience as an attorney, including 10 years as "Of Counsel" at Zausmer, Kaufman, August & Caldwell, P.C.

Julie's practice focuses on insurance coverage, general insurance defense, and business litigation. Julie also counsels clients on risk management. Part of their practice includes the unique "niche" area of equine-related law and liability on a national level.

Julie is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.

Julie Fershtman graduated from Oak Park High School. Julie then attended Michigan State University James Madison College, where they studied political philosophy and pre-law. Julie Fershtman then went on to Emory University, where they earned their BA in political science and philosophy. Finally, they attended Emory University School of Law, where they earned their J.D.

Julie Fershtman reports to Anne Seurynck, President. They are on a team with Joel Farrar - Secretary, Cheryl Coutchie - COO, and David Russell - VP Lansing.
