Emma Bin, MBA, MHRM, SHRM-CP has over 8 years of experience in various HR roles. Emma currently serves as the Director of Human Resources (HR) Business Partner for Fosun Pharma USA Inc., where they lead a team of executives in marketing specialty pharmaceutical products. Emma also holds the same position at Fosun Pharma, a leading international healthcare group, overseeing innovative drug development and focusing on major therapeutic areas. In addition, they are the Director of HR Business Partner at Archimmune Therapeutics, a start-up funded by Fosun Pharma. Prior to their current roles, Emma worked at GenScript and its subsidiary, GenScript ProBio, as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, and HR Specialist. Emma began their career as an IT Recruiter at Rang Technologies Inc.

Emma Bin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Hohai University from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Emma also holds a High School Diploma from Changzhou Middle School.

In addition to their formal education, Emma has obtained several professional certifications. Emma is a certified SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) since June 2018.
