Eric Besson

Eric Besson currently serves as the Head Pastry Chef at Fota Island Resort since June 2022. Prior to this role, Eric Besson held the position of Head Pastry Chef at Lough Rynn Castle & Kilronan Castle from April 2019 to October 2022. Before that, Eric Besson worked as Head Pastry Chef at Solis Lough Eske Castle from October 2015 to April 2019. Eric Besson has accumulated extensive experience in pastry arts throughout these roles.
