Phil Clark

Phil Clark is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the aviation sector. Currently serving as Lead Civil Engineer at The Foth Companies since January 2019, Phil previously held positions as Aviation Engineer at Stantec from August 2013 to January 2019, and at HNTB from May 2011 to August 2013. Phil's career began at Charah as an Engineer from May 2009 to May 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering obtained from the University of Louisville JB Speed School of Engineering in 2011, following a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution in 2009.
