Alexandru Drimbarean

Alexandru Drimbarean currently serves as a Fellow in Artificial Intelligence at FotoNation since July 2024 and previously held the position of Fellow in Machine Learning at Tobii from February to November 2024. From June 2000 to February 2024, Alexandru was involved with Xperi Corporation, where roles included Vice President of Engineering for Machine Learning, Vice President of Advanced Research, Senior Director of Research & Development, and Research Manager. Alexandru's educational background includes a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Galway (2000-2002), a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov (1992-1997), and a diploma in First Line Management from the National College of Ireland (2006-2007).
