Deniz Saidov is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Legal for Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV-X & Projects) since September 2019, Deniz also holds the position of International Partner at Yavuz&Uyanik Law Firm. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel and Head of Legal for Alcazar Energy, where significant achievements included the establishment of corporate structures and the successful acquisition of multiple wind and solar projects in Turkey and Egypt. Deniz has further held key legal roles at SunEdison, managing legal affairs across the MENAT region, and with Wolf Theiss and Todorov & Partners in various legal capacities. Educational credentials include a Finance for Senior Executives program at Harvard Business School, an LL.M. in International Business Law from King's College London, and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski."
