Steven Kuligowski

Steven Kuligowski is the current Director of Pre-Construction at Foulger-Pratt. Prior to their current position, Steven was a Lead Estimator at Kiewit from August 2014 to May 2017. Before working at Kiewit, Steven was a Project Manager at Clark Construction Group, LLC from January 2005 to August 2014.

Steven Kuligowski's educational career includes a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
