Aabhas Sharma

Aabhas Sharma is the current CTO at Found. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Engineering at Uber from January 2021 to May 2021. Aabhas was responsible for Engineering, Product, and Design for the Customer Experience organization at Uber, which was comprised of Fulfillment and Job Experience. Aabhas also ran the Platform Org, which included Data Engineering, Data Infra, and Shared Services.

Sharma began their career as a Research Assistant at the National Science Foundation from November 2010 to February 2011. Aabhas then became a Software Engineer at IXL Learning from August 2012 to March 2014. In March 2014, they joined OLSET as a Senior Software Engineer and was with the company until it was acquired by Deem Inc. in February 2015. From February 2015 to November 2015, they served as Tech Lead/Manager at Sosh before it was acquired by Postmates. Aabhas remained with Postmates until it was acquired by Uber in December 2020.

Aabhas Sharma completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution. Aabhas also holds a High School Diploma from Vasant Valley School.
