Austin Case

Austin Case is currently an Associate Support Consultant at Foundant Technologies. Austin has over eight years of experience in the customer service and support industry. Prior to joining Foundant Technologies, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Samaritan Ministries International for over seven years. In this role, they provided consultation and advisement to members, managed accounts, and developed individual service plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Austin also oversaw personnel management and provided advocacy services. Prior to that, they worked as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional at Apostolic Christian Services for over a year, where they managed case loads for individuals living in community-based living arrangements, developed individual service plans, and provided personnel management.
