Crisis Intervention Team

The Crisis Intervention Team at Foundation 2 Crisis Services provides immediate, on-the-ground support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. This team, comprising Mobile Crisis Outreach Counselors and Crisis Counselors, responds to crisis situations through in-person assessments, intervention, and stabilization. They work collaboratively to ensure individuals receive the appropriate support and resources, including connecting them to ongoing care and counseling services.
