Rishi Donat

Rishi Donat, SPHR, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Foundation Fighting Blindness since October 2021. Prior to this role, Rishi held various positions in human resources, including Head of Human Resources and Administration at Walker Art Center and Human Resources Manager at Room & Board. Rishi's extensive experience encompasses strategic HR consulting, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and fostering inclusive work environments across multiple organizations, including Allianz and CNA. Rishi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Humboldt State University and is qualified in multiple HR certifications, including SPHR and EQ-i.
