Lisa M. Nowak, M.S. HRD, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the HR field. Lisa M. started their career as a Psychometrist at The Achieve Center from 2008 to 2011. After that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition- Senior Recruiter at Footlocker.com, Inc / Eastbay, Inc from 2015 to 2017. Lisa M. then joined Greenheck as a Corporate Recruiter in 2017 and transitioned to Foundation Finance Company LLC in 2018, where they held roles as a Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources.
