Larisa Avetisyan

Larisa Avetisyan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Larisa is currently employed at the Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) as a Project Management Officer. Prior to this, they worked at FAST as a Grants Coordinator.

Before joining FAST, Larisa worked at the Russian - Armenian University in multiple roles. Larisa served as a Senior Lecturer and a Leading Specialist, with responsibilities in educational programs and international relations management. Additionally, they worked as a Trainer for the Moodle Distance Learning Platform. Larisa also had positions as a Manager of Educational Programs and International Relations, Specialist of International Educational Programs and Grant Projects, and Specialist of Monitoring of Educational Reforms Elements Implementation.

Larisa's other work experience includes a role as a Senior Lecturer at the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE). Additionally, they worked as a Local Expert in Migration for IOM - UN Migration.

Larisa Avetisyan has a strong education background in economics and finance. Larisa obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Russian - Armenian University in 2009. Larisa continued their education at the same university and completed their Master's degree in Finance in 2011. Shortly after, they pursued a Master's degree in Manager in Education (MEd) from The University of Manchester from 2012 to 2014. Larisa'seducational journey culminated in obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Economics from Russian - Armenian University in 2016.
