Blaine Morrow has a diverse work experience spanning several educational institutions. From 2003 onwards, Morrow served as the Director of two statewide technology projects, "3C Media Solutions" and "CCC Confer," for the California Community Colleges. Prior to this, Morrow held various roles at Michigan State University, including Adjunct Faculty from 2000 to 2003 and Academic Outreach Specialist.
