Kristina B.

Manager, Project Services at FOUNDATION FOR CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGES

Kristina B. has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Kristina began their career as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy, where they received training on company policies, handled monetary transactions, and provided excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. In 2011, they joined Altinex as the Inside Sales & Account Management Manager until 2015. At Altinex, they managed sales and account management activities. From 2015 to 2017, Kristina worked at Chrysalis Los Angeles as an Operations Administrator and later as an Operations Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating operations activities. Kristina then joined Children's Bureau in 2017 as the FAF Software Operations Manager, a position they held until 2021. Currently, they work as the Manager of Project Services at the Foundation for California Community Colleges, starting in 2022.

Kristina B. holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from UC Irvine. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2022.
