Francis Pérez is an accomplished professional with a strong background in finance and program management. Currently serving as Program Manager at the Foundation for Puerto Rico since September 2016, Francis leads initiatives aimed at promoting economic development on the island. Previously, Francis worked as a Financial Analyst at Champlain Advisors, contributing to marketing materials for significant private equity deals. Experience also includes a role as a Risk Management Program Associate at GE Capital and an academic background from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance was earned. Early career roles included research positions and internships in finance, demonstrating commitment to professional growth and community impact.
