Todd Creekmore

Todd Creekmore is an experienced professional in employee engagement and leadership development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Employee Engagement at Pepperdine University since June 2022. With a background in facilitating leadership activities for high school students through the Foundation for Teaching Economics since August 2014, Todd has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering personal leadership skills and communication. Previous roles include Lead Facilitator at Fulcrum Adventures, where program design and team management were key responsibilities, and Program Facilitator/Trip Leader at Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA, which involved training facilitators and leading extensive leadership trips.
