Eboni Bright

Eboni Bright is currently a Dietetic Intern at Foundation Health Partners since June 2025 and serves as a Lifestyle Coach from January 2024. Previous experience includes a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Group Lead at the American Diabetes Association between October 2020 and May 2025, as well as an internship at the Congressional Hunger Center in the summer of 2021 and a role as a Nutrition Assistant at Providence from January to June 2021. Eboni Bright holds a Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, expected in May 2026, a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Kansas State University, an Associate of Science in Pre-Dietetics from Barton Community College, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
