Haley Carter (Galvin)

Haley Carter (Galvin) has a strong background in healthcare operations and process improvement. Haley most recently served as the Senior Director of Operations at Foundation Health Partners. Prior to that, they held the role of Director at Porter Heart & Vascular Clinic. Haley also worked as a Process Improvement Specialist at FAIRBANKS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL and as an Operations Manager at FAIRBANKS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Home Medical Equipment.

Haley Carter (Galvin) obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from South Dakota Mines, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of South Dakota, completing their studies from 2014 to 2017.
