Margaret Hoffman

Margaret Hoffman is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Foundation Health Partners since May 2019, following a role as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. Prior to this, Margaret gained extensive experience at Cross Country Healthcare as a One Source Partnership Manager and at IMPACT Group, holding positions as both a Transition Service Advisor and Technical Researcher. Margaret began her career as a Global Researcher at Vandover. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Drake University and is furthering education at Studio Arts College International.
