Christopher Sarkisian

Christopher Sarkisian has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industry. Christopher currently serves as the Director and Strategic Partnership Lead at Foundation Medicine since March 2021. Prior to their current position, they worked at Genentech as part of the healthcare delivery innovation team from February 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they were engaged in precision medicine, digital health, and personalized healthcare initiatives at Roche Partnering from July 2018 to February 2020. Christopher also held various roles at Genentech, including strategic partnerships and initiatives, managed markets, and oncology business development, from 2014 to 2018. Christopher has previous experience at Genentech in strategic planning, commercial excellence, medical affairs, marketing promotions, clinical oncology, and clinical training. Christopher has a strong academic background, having completed post-doctoral research at Genentech, UCSF, and the University of Pennsylvania, where they also pursued their doctoral studies.

Christopher Sarkisian holds a Ph.D in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they have earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
